High-Performance Player Camps (HPPC)

Last updated: 17 November 2025

1. About us

1.1 High-Performance Player Camps (HPPC), including HPPC25, HPPC Academy, HPPC Mini Camps and Fleetwood Town Satellite Academy, are programs operated by The Solution Network Australia Foundation (Charity No. CH1535, ABN 47 753 667 350) (TSNAF), a registered Australian charity.

1.2 In these Terms, we, us and our mean TSNAF and HPPC. You means the parent or legal guardian registering a player, and Player means the child or young person attending the camp.

1.3 By submitting a registration and/or making payment, you agree to these Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of the Player.

2. Program description

2.1 HPPC provides high-performance football development camps for boys and girls (typically U9–U16) combining advanced technical, tactical, physical and mental training, testing and feedback.

2.2 Program details (dates, venue, schedule, coaching staff and inclusions) for each camp are advertised on our website and registration materials and may be updated from time to time.

3. Eligibility and conduct

3.1 Players must meet the age and eligibility criteria stated for each camp.

3.2 You confirm that the Player is physically and mentally able to participate in an intensive football program and that you have disclosed all relevant medical and injury information during registration.

3.3 Players must follow the instructions and reasonable directions of coaches and staff at all times and uphold the camp’s code of conduct, including respect for other players, staff, officials and facilities.

3.4 We may, acting reasonably, suspend or remove a Player from a session or from the remainder of a camp where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or seriously breaches our code of conduct. Where removal occurs due to misconduct, no refund is normally payable.

4. Registrations, confirmations and waitlists

4.1 Places are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to suitability and payment).

4.2 Your registration is not confirmed until you have completed all required information and we have received payment in full (or an agreed payment plan) and sent a confirmation email.

4.3 If a camp is full, we may offer a waitlist. Being on a waitlist does not guarantee a place; if a spot becomes available, we will contact you and set a timeframe for payment to secure it.

5. Fees and payment

5.1 Camp fees, payment methods and due dates are stated on our website and/or registration forms.

5.2 Fees must be paid in full by the due date unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

5.3 If payment is not received by the due date, we may cancel the registration and offer the place to another player.

6. Cancellations and refunds – by you

6.1 If you need to cancel a confirmed registration, you must notify us in writing (for example by email). The following standard terms apply unless otherwise stated in the specific camp information or required by law:

  • (a) More than 30 days before the camp start date
    – You may choose a full refund of fees paid, less any non-refundable payment processing charges; or
    – A full credit towards a future HPPC or EliteEdge program (to be used within 12 months), where offered.
  • (b) Between 14 and 30 days before the camp start date
    – 50% of the camp fee is refundable; or
    – 100% credit to a future HPPC or EliteEdge program (to be used within 12 months), where offered.
  • (c) Less than 14 days before the camp start date
    – No refund is normally payable, as staffing and venue commitments will have been made; however
    – At our discretion, and particularly in the case of verified injury or illness (for example, with a medical certificate), we may offer a partial refund or credit.

6.2 If a Player leaves the camp early or misses sessions for reasons not caused by us (for example, personal choice, minor illness, or other commitments), no refund is payable.

7. Cancellations, changes and force majeure – by us

7.1 We may need to cancel, reschedule or modify a camp due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Venue unavailability or safety issues;
  • Extreme or dangerous weather conditions;
  • Insufficient enrolments;
  • Illness or unavailability of key coaching staff;
  • Public health directions or other regulatory restrictions.

7.2 Where we cancel a camp before it starts and do not offer a suitable alternative date or program, you will be entitled to a full refund of fees paid for that camp.

7.3 Where we reschedule or substantially modify a camp, you may choose to accept the change or receive a credit or refund as advised at the time.

7.4 We are not responsible for additional expenses you may incur (for example, travel, accommodation or loss of income) in connection with a cancellation or change.

8. Wet weather and environmental conditions

8.1 Football is an outdoor sport and camps may proceed in light rain or variable weather, provided conditions are safe. Players should bring appropriate clothing (including a rain jacket and warm clothing).

8.2 We monitor weather forecasts and field conditions and may adjust the schedule, move to alternative activities, pause sessions or cancel sessions where there is a risk to player safety (for example, lightning, extreme heat, poor air quality or dangerous surfaces).

8.3 If significant portions of a camp are cancelled due to dangerous weather, we will communicate options which may include rescheduling sessions, providing make-up sessions or partial credits or refunds.

9. Health, medical treatment and emergencies

9.1 You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information about the Player’s medical conditions, allergies, injuries, medications and emergency contacts; and
  • Updating us if anything changes before or during the camp.

9.2 We will have basic first aid available on site and will follow established procedures for responding to injuries or health concerns.

9.3 In the event of an accident, illness or emergency involving the Player, you authorise us to:

  • Administer reasonable first aid; and
  • Seek urgent medical, hospital or ambulance services as reasonably required.

9.4 You are responsible for all medical, hospital, ambulance and associated costs arising from such treatment, except to the extent otherwise required by law or covered by our insurance.

9.5 We will make reasonable efforts to contact you (or the listed emergency contact) as soon as practicable if significant medical attention is required.

10. Personal property

10.1 Players may bring personal items (for example, phones or sports equipment) at their own risk.

10.2 We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property, except to the extent caused by our negligence or required by law.

11. Risk acknowledgement and limitation of liability

11.1 Football and sports training involve inherent risks, including physical exertion, collisions, falls and contact with equipment and other players. While we take reasonable steps to manage these risks through planning, supervision, equipment checks and risk management procedures, injuries can still occur.

11.2 By registering the Player, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks on behalf of the Player.

11.3 To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or the Player in connection with HPPC is limited to the amount of the camp fees paid by you, except where the injury, loss or damage is caused by our negligence or cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded.

12. Photography, video and media

12.1 We may capture photos and video footage of camps for purposes including:

  • Coaching and performance analysis;
  • Player reports and feedback;
  • Reasonable promotion of HPPC, EliteEdge and TSNAF programs (for example, on websites, social media and printed materials).

12.2 During registration, you will be asked whether you consent to the Player being photographed and/or filmed for these purposes.

12.3 If you do not consent, we will take reasonable steps to exclude the Player from promotional photos and videos. However, in group settings it may not always be possible to completely avoid incidental inclusion (for example, in the background of a group shot).

12.4 You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us in writing. Withdrawal will not affect use of images already published, but we will stop using them in new materials where practicable.

13. Player assessment, data and pathway partners

13.1 HPPC may include testing, assessments and performance tracking (for example, technical tests, timed sprints, change-of-direction tests and other football-specific metrics).

13.2 We may compile this information, together with coach observations and selected video clips, to create player profiles and reports.

13.3 We partner with professional clubs and academies (for example, Fleetwood Town International Football Academy and other pathway partners). Where appropriate and consistent with our Privacy Policy, we may share relevant player information with such partners to identify development or pathway opportunities.

13.4 Participation in HPPC does not guarantee selection for any club, academy, scholarship or pathway program. Any invitations, trials or offers made by pathway partners are at their discretion and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

14. Privacy

14.1 We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

14.2 By registering the Player, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and that you consent (and provide consent on behalf of the Player) to our collection, use and disclosure of personal and health information as described in that policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

15.1 We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you complete registration will apply to that camp.

15.2 If we make material changes that apply to a camp after you have registered, we will notify you and, where appropriate, give you an opportunity to cancel with a refund or credit if you do not agree to the changes.

16. Governing law and contact

16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of that State (and any competent federal courts) have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
