Over two weeks, players will train with Fleetwood Town, compete in matches, and immerse themselves in top-tier football culture.
Through our partnership with the Fleetwood Town International Football Academy (FTIFA), we offer pathways and experiences that provide players with aspirations of playing at the highest level possible, providing them with the platform to realise their goals.

Thanks to our partnership with Fleetwood Town International Football Academy (FTIFA), a UEFA‑qualified coach from England comes to Australia to deliver academy‑level sessions. Parents and players consistently describe the sessions as “academy‑style” and “high‑intensity,” noting that the coaches make the drills fun and engaging.
HPPC uses scientifically benchmarked tests from Loughborough University (LSPT and LSSD), plus 30‑m sprint and change‑of‑direction tests, to measure technique, speed, decision‑making and agility. Results are compared against FTIFA standards and form the basis of each player’s personalised development plan.
HPPC is designed for boys and girls aged 10–17 playing in the National Premier League (NPL) & Football Queensland Academy (FQA), or the Football Queensland Premier League (FQPL 3) divisions 1–2.
Groups are split by age (Group 1: Aged 10-13 & Group 2: Aged 14-17) to ensure appropriate intensity and coaching ratios.
Pathways beyond the camp. Top performers can earn a place in the HPPC Academy (Fleetwood Town Satellite Academy), a follow‑up program with an eight‑week curriculum and a 1:8 coach‑to‑player ratio.
Exceptional players may be invited to the exclusive HPPC UK tour, training at Poolfoot Farm (Fleetwood Town’s facility) and playing matches against English academies.
The Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct offers security and peace of mind for parents. It is fully fenced, and access is via the main gates. The precinct is located between Currimundi Beach and the mouth of the Currimundi Lake.
HPPC is delivered by EliteEdge Football Academy and governed by The Solution Network Australia Foundation, a registered charity that puts character, wellbeing and citizenship at the centre of everything we do. We always give honest, evidence-based feedback, we always promote our programs ethically without overstating outcomes, and we never offer false promises like “trials at international clubs” – instead, we focus on real experiences, genuine development and clearly explained pathways on and off the pitch.
Players rotate through intense skill carousels covering 1‑v‑1 domination, possession work and finishing. Each session integrates mindset principles and ends with reflection.
Each player has a session dedicated to demonstrating and then participating in the testing protocols. These include the Loughborough passing/shooting tests, 30‑m sprint and agility tests. Data is benchmarked against FTIFA standards and used for you to create an Individual Development Plan using our templates that are provided to each player.
Players learn and practise R.I.G.H.T. Thinking, journaling their progress over the camp and the ten‑week follow‑up program provided with the Development Plan templates.
If players choose to participate in the HPPC Academy 8-week program, together with the coaches, each footballer will work on their development activities as well as the Fleetwood Town Satellite Academy skill-based curriculum
Coaches are available to share feedback on player participation and test results, and to discuss their development plans. We are dedicated to working with families so they know exactly where their player stands and what’s next.
Players can progress into the HPPC Academy and will receive periodic check‑ins to reinforce their mindset habits.
We will periodically share the upcoming follow‑up activities with all families, including the HPPC Academy and Tour Dates, via email and text, so no player misses out.

Michael (Mick) has spent his life in football, progressing from a schoolboy spell at Blackpool FC into a strong semi-professional playing career, most notably with AFC Fylde (formerly Kirkham & Wesham FC).
Across his playing years, he contributed to multiple league titles and cup wins, with the standout achievement being an FA Vase triumph at Wembley in 2008. In a testament to his resilience, Mick suffered a knee ligament injury in a cup semi-final weeks before the final and was unable to take the field on the day.
Now, Mick channels that experience into coaching—bringing real-world insight, high standards, and a clear commitment to helping players grow through disciplined training, confidence, and love of the game.
